In Accurate Machinery, we provide a mould designing process with several professional software: UG, Pro/E, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD. By using these programs, we ensure that all the mould requirements, such as the number of cavities, parting line and ejector pins, will be in high-caliber. The design process is also including the mold flow analysis, which will simulate the die casting process to establish a high-quality production system. After the design process, we will do part optimization that will control all the details of the design. This control is to assure the effectiveness of the mould.
